Our modular homes are built around flexibility, offering a smart system that adapts to your site, lifestyle, and future needs. Designs range from a compact one-bedroom home to a generous two-bedroom layout, with the second bedroom either articulated via a glazed corridor or added seamlessly to either end of the main module, extending the home by approximately 3.5 metres. Each configuration can be mirrored or adjusted to suit orientation, access, and personal preference.
A standalone studio module can also be used independently as a home office, guest suite, kids’ retreat, or creative space, with sizing able to be refined where a single-studio solution is preferred.
This modular approach allows spaces to function beautifully on their own or work together as your needs evolve.
All homes include a high-quality standard specification, featuring thermally broken double-glazed windows with low-energy glass, fully tiled bathrooms, painted kitchen cabinetry with stone benchtops, 2.4-metre internal and external door heights, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and highly insulated construction.
Flooring options include concrete or engineered timber, with tiled or carpeted finishes also available, alongside a selection of external cladding and curated internal design palettes inspired by city, rural, and coastal living.
