We build in a variety of ways to produce the best outcome for the project; modular, prefabricated, containerised and even ‘old skool’, on site!
We can meet a variety of budgets and can amend designs to suit, but we won’t compromise on insulation, ventilation and quality of fittings, so all of our spaces meet high insulation standards and even the smallest of spaces will feel like a ‘real home’.
Our granny flats and small home designs are as individual as those who will call them home, which is why we take such care to make sure they are all designed to feel special.
While ‘classic’ 1 & 2-bedroom granny flats are becoming increasingly popular, we also specialise in perfect one-bedroom and open-plan studios, garage lofts (Fonzy Flats (if you’re under the age of 40 you might not remember the Fonz!)), garage conversions, pool houses and retreats.
And if it’s a Little Home (Under 150m2) you’re looking for we have just launched our first small Project Home design which can be tailored to suit a variety of small blocks from 250m2 or we can work with you to design your own small home to suit your needs.
