Little Castles was established in 2016 as a subsidiary of Barefoot Renovations to provide ancillary accommodation often associated with renovation projects along with a number of bespoke design granny flats and studios.
Significantly, when it comes to garage conversions and garage studio apartments, the renovation experience is handy and over the years we’ve built many small homes and significantly develd into the prefabricated and modular solutions, so we decided to launch Little Castles as a stand-alone business, to really focus on providing an exemplary product in a cluttered market.
From design and approvals to modular, prefabricated and containerised construction, we pride ourselves on offering our clients solutions that provide quality finishes, maximise space, and provide truly beautify and healthy spaces to live.
We have a number of designs and options that can be tailored to your needs, and while we can provide economical solutions for internal and external finishes we don’t compromise on the structure, insulation, glazing and ‘behind-the-wall’ fixtures; this is where we pride ourselves on providing only high quality solutions for the space.
We don’t think ‘one size fits all’, so we look at all the options and opportunities to deliver the project as efficiently and cost effectively as possible without compromising quality.
Depending on the design and location, we can construct on-site or generally build in modular or ‘flat-packed’ format, which is fully or partly constructed off-site and “dropped” (gently!) into place with minimal disruption.

Environmental Policy
We care about the environment in which we and our families live and to do our bit to preserve it, we carefully dispose of rubbish from each project and, where possible, recycle materials.
