We have teamed up with a local architect to collaborate on a new concept in small home design for Perth, which are homes under 150m2.
Our first design in conjunction with Archive Architects to produce a environmentally friendly, energy efficient home design that cater for those looking for something different to the ‘norm’, versatile (the design can accommodate 2 and 3 bedroom options) or it can be 2 bedrooms plus an Air BnB with separate entrance, and style.
In terms of construction, we can work with timber, brick or rammed earth.
Due to the flexibility of the design and the nature of the internal finishes and fixtures, the price will vary but can be tailored to suit your budget and preferences.
As a guide, based on a level site with reasonable access and mid-range finishes and fixings (see below) with a timber-framed construction method and burnished concrete pad the build price range would be between $590,000 and $620,000 inc GST.
