While we do have ‘standard’ designs in terms of floor plans and elevations, and build in a variety of methods (modular, prefabricated, containerised or on-site), we generally look at your project as a whole, and see what’s the best outcome for how you live your lives.
While many companies offer ‘upgrades’, no matter which method we end up building in, we won’t compromise on certain ‘standard’ inclusions, which provides a very high level of insulation, ventilation and high quality of finish.
Standard Inclusions:
- Thermally-broken, aluminium, double-glazed widows, with low-energy glass and high-end handles and fittings
- Solid in-wall insulation throughout
- Heat Recovery System (HRV) in all container homes
- Air-conditioning
- Ceiling fans
- Karndeen or equivalent flooring
- Fibre cement wall and ceiling linings in all container homes
- Painted and high quality laminated cabinets and wardrobes
- Stone benchtops
- In-wall copper plumbing fittings
